Facebook warns against scam inviting users to click on '10 hottest leaked Snapchats ever'

Facebook has started issuing warning to its users about a new scam wherein the cyber-thieves try to dupe people by showing a link called "10 hottest leaked Snapchats ever" that actually directs them to a fake website that extracts users' personal data including bank account details.

London: Facebook has started issuing warning to its users about a new scam wherein the cyber-thieves try to dupe people by showing a link called "10 hottest leaked Snapchats ever" that actually directs them to a fake website that extracts users' personal data including bank account details.

According to security firm BiteFinder, the fake post has reached the number two spot in the most famous Facebook scam list, reported the Daily Star.

Facebook has warned that the fraudulent websites promoting Snapchat leaks can lead to financial losses.

Users are warned against suspicious video and picture leaks particularly on Facebook.
