Washington: Pio has introduced its new app for iOS, which allows users to tag key moments while recording for easy reference
According to thenextweb.com, when the users are recording, they can tap the screen at any point to mark the beginning of an important segment and tap again to signal its end.
When they have finished, they can review each segment, name them and add notes to make transcription easier.
Also, before the users begin to start recording, they are prompted to add their subject's name, photo, gender and age. The users can also skip filling these details.
In addition, the users can review their memo by exporting the entire audio file or just a small clip of it to their Google Drive or Dropbox storage along with the accompanying notes typed which is permitted with a USD one in- app purchase.
Pio Smart Recorder can be downloaded for free but the users will need to spend USD one to unlock an option to export their recordings and notes to their cloud storage accounts.
