Dimapur bound train catches fire in Allahabad, no casualties reported

One bogey of a train caught fire on Saturday while it was heading to Nagaland's Dimapur. However, there was no casualty or injury reported.

Allahabad: One bogey of a train caught fire on Saturday while it was heading to Nagaland's Dimapur. However, there was no casualty or injury reported.

The train, which was on its way from Maharashtra, had military personnel in it who had served in the election duty in Maharashtra.

Speaking to the media VK Tiwari, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Allahabad said, "This was an election special, was going from Maharashtra to Dimapur. People are saying some loud noises were heard....Once an enquiry happens then only we will be able to tell exactly what happened. Nobody is injured and there are no casualties."
