Examination special train from Assam

Special train from Dibrugarh in upper Assam to Yesvantpur for students appearing in medical and engineering entrance tests in Bengaluru.

Guwahati: North Eastern Frontier Railway will run a special train from Dibrugarh in upper Assam to Yesvantpur for students of the region and north Bengal to appear for medical and engineering entrance tests in Bengaluru.

“One examination special train will ply on May 1,” NF Railway chief public relation officer SS Hajong said here on Saturday.
“The train will leave Yesvantpur on May 4 while the return 02509 special train will leave on May 7 and reach Dibrugarh on May 10,” he said.
Every year thousands of students from the region aspiring for medical and engineering careers go to Bengaluru for appearing joint entrance tests, Hajong said.
