Ibobi Singh sworn in as Manipur CM

Imphal: Sixty-three year old senior Congress leader Okram Ibobi Singh was on Wednesday sworn-in as Chief Mnister of Manipur for a third consecutive term Wednesday afternoon.

Ibobi Singh was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Governor Gurbachan Jagat at around 4pm.

Besides Ibobi Singh, other Congress MLAs were also administered the oath of office and secrecy by the state's Governor.

Wellwisher and peace lover people of Manipur do not expect anything from this new govt. because the same person had tasted already for consecutive 2 terms. You know the state is only one within the country to get electricity not more than 5 hrs. in a day, reported fakeencounter on monthly basic and rampant corruption in every walks of life. In fact MANIPUR marching backward during last 10 yrs.
