To a question on allegedly deteriorating law and order
situation in the state, Yechury said "central and state forces
have been conducting joint operations at Lalgarh in West

When told that the joint operations in the last three

arrested".

He said the main concern of the state government was
to ensure security of the people by containing violence.
People`s right to security should be put above petty political
interests.
