Itanagar: A technician was arrested for stripping a minor girl and attempting to take her photograph with his cellphone in an X-ray clinic at Naharlagun, police
said Monday.
The technician was caught by members of All Nyishi Students Union (ANSU) and handed to the police after the girl's family approached them for help Sunday, they said.
The arrested has been identified as Digonto Hazarika from Assam's Lakhimpur district.
ANSU president Sikka Gapak urged private clinics not to employ people with doubtful antecedents.
