Itanagar: A technician was arrested for stripping a minor girl and attempting to take her photograph with his cellphone in an X-ray clinic at Naharlagun, police
said Monday.
The technician was caught by members of All Nyishi Students Union (ANSU) and handed to the police after the girl`s family approached them for help Sunday, they said.
The arrested has been identified as Digonto Hazarika from Assam`s Lakhimpur district.
ANSU president Sikka Gapak urged private clinics not to employ people with doubtful antecedents.
