Budhichandra Singh died of illness on Thursday at the All India
Institute Medical Sciences in New Delhi, assembly and family
sources said.
The sources said Singh (67) is survived by his wife,
two sons and a daughter.
Singh was a well-known medical practitioner before he
joined Congress and was elected from Konthoujam assembly
constituency in Imphal West district.
