Nabarangpur: Congress MP from Nabarangpur in Odisha Pradeep Majhi and another party leader were injured in a jeep accident in neighbouring Andra Pradesh.
Majhi and Nabarangpur district Congress president Narayan Patro were travelling from Rayagada in Odisha to Vijayanagaram in Andhra Pradesh last night when their jeep fell into a water body near Bobili in the neighbouring state, official sources said.
They were taken to a hospital at Bobili and later shifted to Visakhapatnam, they said.
The sources said that doctors at the Visakhapatnam hospital had stated both were out of danger.
