Bhubaneswar Met office said the state will receive more rainfall over the next 24 hours under the impact of low-pressure area over northwest Bay of Bengal off the Odisha coast which is very likely to intensify into a deep depression today.

Following the IMD bulletin, the state government has asked the district collectors to keep a close watch on the situation and take necessary measures to deal with it.
