Odisha: MLA's bail plea hearing adjourned yet again

Cuttack: Hearing on the bail application of Banki MLA Pravat Kumar Tripathy in Orissa High Court would be taken up again on February 20.

The hearing remained inconclusive yesterday and Justice Shatrughna Pujahari posted the matter for February 20.

Arrested by CBI on October 31 last year for his alleged links with chit fund company Artha Tatwa and its chairman and managing director Pradeep Sethy, the senior politician is behind the bars for over hundred days now.
