Reconsider Khandadhar PL report in favour of Posco: HC
The Orissa High Court today directed the state government to reconsider its recommendation of giving prospecting license (PL) for the Khandadhar iron ore mines to Posco-India.

directed the state government to reconsider its recommendation
of giving prospecting license (PL) for the Khandadhar iron ore
mines to Posco-India.

disapproved the manner in which the Orissa government had
recommended Posco-India for PL for the iron rich Khandadhar
mines, for which about 227 parties had made applications.
