Cuttack: The Orissa High Court today
directed the state government to reconsider its recommendation
of giving prospecting license (PL) for the Khandadhar iron ore
mines to Posco-India.
A bench comprising Justice B P Das and Justice B P Ray
disapproved the manner in which the Orissa government had
recommended Posco-India for PL for the iron rich Khandadhar
mines, for which about 227 parties had made applications.
