Purulia: Railway police recovered 35 kg
`ganja` from a compartment of the Bhubaneswar bound Rajdhani
Express at Adra Station in West Bengal`s Purulia district
on Monday.

Three passengers were arrested for carrying the
contraband which was found by the Railway police from a
three-tier AC compartment during a surprise check at Adra
station, a Railway official said.

Security has been tightened on the Bhubaneswar-New Delhi
Rajdhani Express after Maoists detained the train for more
than seven hours at Banstala in West Bengal`s West Midnapur
district on October 27.

Railway police are carrying out checks on the train at
all stations, a Railway official in Adra division said here
