Seven-day police remand for suspected ISI agent

A local court here on Wednesday remanded a suspected ISI agent to seven days police custody.

Balasore: A local court here on Wednesday remanded a suspected ISI agent to seven days police custody.

Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Balasore, Minakshi Priyadarshini, remanded the suspected ISI agent Iswar Chandra Behere to seven days police custody.

Behera was arrested on January 23 after police found him allegedly sending information and pictures of the Interim Test Range (ITR), Chandipur to Pakistan's ISI.

Behera was working as a contractual video photographer in ITR. The police after his arrest had claimed that he was tracked for some time and based on some evidences, the arrest was made.
