Kapurthala: All India Anti Terrorist Front
chairman M S Bitta on Saturday said that the Adarsh Housing Society
building in Mumbai should not be demolished and instead the
flats be alloted to victims of terrorism-affected families.
Addressing a press conference here today, Bitta said
that there would be no threat to the Naval headquarters if the
flats were allotted to the victims` families and to the war
widows.
He accused political parties of misusing investigating
agencies like CBI in the case, to serve their vested
interests.
He demanded that the Chief Election Commissioner, IB
and CBI, army chiefs and Chief Justice of India not be given
any assignment after their retirements.
Commenting on the hoisting of national flag by Bhartiya
Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) on the Republic Day at Lal Chowk in
Jammu and Kashmir, Bitta said it is right of every individual
to hoist the national flag in any part of India and there
should not be any objection by the JK Chief Minister Omar
Abdullah on the issue.
