Jalandhar: With an eye on the upcoming
Assembly elections in Punjab, BJP will hold its national
executive body meeting in Jalandhar from December 23.
"The meeting will be held in Jalandhar on December 23,
followed by a massive rally the next day, which will be
attended by several party leaders including L K Advani and BJP
chief Nitin Gadkari," in-charge of Punjab BJP operations
Shanta Kumar told a party workers meeting here yesterday.
Calling workers to make the rally successful, Kumar said,
"Victory in Punjab will pave the way for the party to win at
the Centre."
The Punjab Assembly election is due early next year.
