With biting cold conditions sweeping across northern
region, Narnaul in Haryana remained the coldest place in both
states by recording a low of 0.7 deg C, MeT office said Friday.
In Haryana, Karnal recorded a minimum of 2 deg C,
while Hisar and Rohtak recorded respective lows of 2.5 deg C
and 2.1 deg C, down by four and two degrees.
Ambala had a low of 3.5 deg C, down 3 notches.
In Punjab, Ludhiana and Patiala recorded a minimum of
4 deg C and 2.3 deg C respectively, while Amritsar had a low
of 5 deg C, up by 2 degrees.
