Moga: A 19-year-old Dalit girl was raped by a youth at Nihalsingh Wala in this district, police said today.
21-year-old Harhinder Singh forcibly dragged the girl to his jeep and took her to a secluded place and then committed the crime last evening, police said.
Later the accused dropped the girl near her house, police said.
After getting the victim medically examined, police booked the youth on rape charges.
However, no arrest was made yet, police said.
