Temperatures remain at normal level in Punjab, Haryana

Minimum temperature Thursday remained almost at normal level in Punjab and Haryana, MeT officials said here.

remained almost at normal level in Punjab and Haryana, MeT officials said here.

Chandigarh had a low of 12 degrees C without any
variation from normal level, the MeT office said here today.
In Haryana, Ambala and Gurgaon recorded minimum at
12.6 deg C and 12 deg C respectively, up by one notch each.

Hisar had a low of 11.1 deg C, while Karnal and
Narnaul recorded a minimum of 9.4 deg C and 10.2 deg C
respectively. Mercury in Rohtak and Bhiwani settled at 11.9
deg and 12.8 deg C respectively.
In Punjab, Amritsar recorded a low of 9.2 deg C, while
Ludhiana and Patiala recorded minimum temperature of 10 deg C
and 11.3 deg C respectively, down by one notch each.

MeT has forecast mainly dry days.
