Jodhpur (Raj): A local court today extended
the CBI custody of MLA Malkhan Singh, arrested in connection
with Bhanwari Devi abduction case, till December 31.
He was produced before the court of Additional Chief
Judicial Magistrate Kamal Lohiya, which extended his CBI
custody till December 31.
The Congress MLA was arrested on December 19 in
connection with Bhanwari Devi abduction case.
