Jaipur: A local court of Karauli district has
directed the police to register an FIR against state minister
Bharosi Lal Jatav, his son and four other persons in a fraud
case.
The court of Additional Civil Judicial Magistrate Randhir
Mirdha on the complaint by a local resident Ashok Pathak
yesterday ordered that an FIR be lodged against Jatav, who is
Minister of State for Real Estate and Motor Garage, his son
Naresh and four others.
It was alleged by the complainant that Jatav used his
influence to get his son Naresh undue benefit by setting up a
crusher in Kharenta village in Karauli with fake documents
last year.
"The report will be registered as soon as the court orders
reach us," SHO Hindaun City Sadar, Ramvir Sing, said.
The minister was not available for comments.
Jatav and 11 others, including his four sons, were also
booked in September in Karauli on charges on illegal mining.
