Jaipur: Suspended IPS officer AK Jain, an
accused in Dara Singh fake encounter case, was on Wednesday remanded
to 14 days in CBI custody.

Jain was produced before a special CBI court where the

Police.

The alleged encounter took place in Ranjendra Prasad
Nagar area on the outskirts of the city on October 23, 2006.
