Jaipur: An engineer was arrested here for
allegedly killing his wife after a heated argument, police
said today.
Bhanwar Singh (40), was arrested yesterday for smothering
his wife Geeta Kanwar (38) with a pillow when she smashed his
alcohol bottle to stop him from drinking, police said.
Heated arguments were a routine affair between the couple
and Singh allegedly used to beat his wife sometimes, they
said.
The civil engineer confessed his crime to his father, who
informed the police, leading to his arrest, they said.
