Facebook paid Rs 1 lakh to this bright Rajasthan boy – Know why

Jaipur: He may come from a remote Rajasthan village but he's bright enough to detect a major technical loophole in Facebook security.

He became aware of the glitch after he noticed that he was unable to logout from his Facebook account even after exiting the page.

He was using his new android phone in 2014 when he noticed the problem.

He decided to collect all documentary evidences and also made a video of the problem and then sent them to the Facebook's security center.

After sometime Facebook contacted him and acknowledged the glitch. It also took the corrective measures to rectify the problem.

And in recognition of his contribution to Facebook's security, the social media site awarded him with Rs 1 lakh.

Krishna Kumar Sehaag, who hails from Molasar village in Rajasthan, was awarded with $1500, about Rs 1 lakh.

Kudos to Krishna Kumar!
