New Delhi: In yet another shocking case of crime against women, a 20-year Japanese tourist was raped by a man claiming to be a tour guide in Jaipur.
The incident reportedly took place on Sunday night when the Japanese tourist was visiting the city.
The accused, who was on a motorbike, approached the victim and took her to tourist spots and later offered to drop her at hotel, as per news reports.
However, he instead took her to a secluded spot and raped her, the Japanese tourist has alleged.
The accused later lodged a complaint at a police station in Dudu and a hunt to nab the accused is on.
The incident has been reported days after a 23-year-old Japanese tourist alleged abduction and gang-rape last month.
She was reportedly befriended by local men while on a tour in West Bengal, who later robbed her of Rs 76,000.
She further said that she was raped after the men took her to Bodh Gaya in Bihar where they were joined by two more men.
