Jodhpur: Treating a letter written by a person to it as a PIL regarding holding the entrance exam for Common Law Entrance Test (CLAT) in Hindi medium, the Rajasthan High Court on Wednesday issued notices to the universities organising the crucial test.

The court directed its Deputy Registrar to deliver the notices to the universities in Bhopal and Jodhpur conducting the CLAT within 24 hours and has sought a reply from both of them immediately as Thursday has been kept as the day of the next hearing of the case by the court.

Pranay Kumar Garg had written in his letter to the HC that when key exams, like the one candidates appear for selection into IAS, is held in Hindi medium, why the CLAT, cannot be conducted in Hindi medium.

The Common Law Entrance Test is scheduled for May 9.

this is the right point of view put forward by
Mr.Garg(who also is my relative)
as this is clearly demanding equality on the very basic stage where +2 students are getting ed
and from they can pursue their career ahead.but what happens the children from hindi medium are not well versed in english and also the level the paper is also not basic so it is very necessary to conduct this exam in hindi too
