Yamuna Nagar: More than 100 persons of a
village in the district were hospitalised this evening after
being diagnosed with Diarrhoea.
The cause of the disease is a damaged water pipe line in
the village which falls in Bilaspur division of the district,
Yamuna Nagar Deputy Commissioner told reporters.
The sick have been admitted to different hospitals of
Bilaspur Jagadhri and Yamuna Nagar and medical teams deputed
to the affected village to deliver their services at the
people's doorsteps, he said.
The Chief Medical Officer is himself supervising the
situation, he said and asked people of the village not to
panic.
