state government towards tribals` demands, deteriorated with
their indefinite hunger strike entering third day on Thursday.
The wife of Dausa MP and Meena community leader Kirori Lal
converted her dharna into fast unto death on Tuesday.
Ten contractual female employees of National Rural Health
Mission had also joined the strike demanding permanent job
under the NRHM.
However soaring temperature affected two of the NRHM
employees Nirmala Rathore and Madhubala Sharma who fell
unconscious while the minister`s blood pressure shot up.
"The health of two NRHM employees is presently stable and
they are placed on drip. They are under constant observation
at the agitation spot," said a doctor deployed at the dharna
site near civil lines railway crossing.
The state government has deployed a medical mobile van at
the site to monitor the heath of protesters.
District collector Naveen Mahajan and deputy commissioner
of police (South) Jose Mohan also visited the dharna site and
discussed the issue with the employees and Kirori Lal Meena,
who is also on dharna.
