Rajasthan minister booked for rape questioned

Jaipur: The Rajasthan police on Wednesday night began investigations against the minister accused of raping at his home last week.
At 9:30 pm, the woman was taken to the house of Babu Lal Nagar, to verify the spot where she was allegedly raped by the Minister of State for Dairy and Rural Industries, said a news channel.
The police have sealed the bedroom, where the assault allegedly took place.
The minister, against whom the case was registered on September 17, was questioned last night.
Nagar has rubbished the allegations levelled against him.
A first information report (FIR) was registered against Nagar under Sections 376 (rape) and 323 (causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code at Sodala police station.
Nagar represents Dudu Assembly constituency in Ajmer district.
