Bundi: Ahead of Vasundhara Raje`s visit to the district, a hoardings war is on among factions of BJP as party workers leave no stone unturned to impress the state BJP president for tickets for assembly polls later this year.
Local BJP leaders, who are queuing for tickets for the three assembly seats in the district, have put up posters to impress the state BJP president Vasundhara Raje, who is visiting the district today as part of her Swaraj Sankalp Yatra.
Huge hoardings have been put across the district with photographs of party leaders with smiling faces and folded hands posing along with Raje.
These posters, however, are attracting ridicule from locals in the district.
"Are these leaders laughing at the plight of common man?" asked college student Mohan Prakesh.
Raje would be performing a `puja` at the ancient Keshoraipatan temple before addressing a public rally.
