Jaipur: After days of dry weather, South-West monsoon has advanced in parts of the Rajasthan with many pockets in the state witnessing moderate rainfall in last 24 hours.
Marwar Junction town in Pali recorded 9 cm of rainfall.
Dungarpur and Badigora recorded 8 and 7 cm rains respectively, whereas other places in the state received 1 to 6 cm rains since yesterday.
Churu, Dabok and Kota gauged 5, 4.8 and 1.4 mm of rains today, according to a MeT report.
The weather department said that heavy rainfall is likely to occur at isolated places in eastern parts of the state during next 24 hours.
