Three arrested for taking bribe in Rajasthan
Rajasthan Anti-Corruption Bureau arrested three state government employees, including an assistant sub-inspector, for allegedly taking bribe in separate cases.
Jaipur: Rajasthan Anti-Corruption Bureau on Tuesday
arrested three state government employees, including an
assistant sub-inspector, for allegedly taking bribe in
separate cases, according to a senior official in Jaipur.
"ASI Gopal Singh posted with Amber police station
was arrested for taking bribe of Rs. 2000 from one Lalaram for
arresting a person against whom the complainant had filed an
FIR few days back", IG-ACB DC Jain said.
"In another case, Block Education Officer Sambrat
Singh of Begun in Chittorgarh district was caught while taking
Rs 2500 from one Hemraj for executing a High Court order on
the complainant`s appointment as a teacher", he said.
Lower Division Clerk Sandeep Sharma of Taranagar
Tehsil office in Churu district was also arrested for taking
a bribe of Rs. 2000, Jain added.
