Google bids goodbye to 2014 with animated doodle

New Delhi: It's New Year's eve and here comes a wish from the social media giant Google!

Google wishes all a 'Happy New Year' in it's signature style.

Celebrating the last day of the year, Google rolled out an animated doodle with a re-cap of some of this year's top trending searches.

The doodle depicts a few major happenings of 2014, including the Philae lander, 2014 World Cup, ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and Flappy Bird, along with the successful Mars Orbiter Mission.

Google has always come up with interesting doodles on almost all the major happenings in the world.

And as expected, it has bid adieu to year 2014 in its inimitable style.
