Islamabad: At least 16 more militants were killed in the latest air strikes by Pakistan military jets in the troubled North Waziristan.
Operation Zarb-e-Azb was launched on June 15 against al-Qaeda linked militants.

He said "16 terrorists" were killed in the attack.
An ammunition and explosives dump was also destroyed.
The ground offensive was still not launched despite the fact that most of the civilians have already fled.
