Islamabad: Nisar Ahmed Khan, considered
to be the oldest Pakistani and an alumnus of Aligarh Muslim
University, died in the port city of Karachi Sunday at the age
of 110.
An announcement said Khan was born in Ghaziabad, India
on September 29, 1901.
He passed his matriculation examination from Mission
School in Ghaziabad and took admission in Aligarh Muslim
University in 1923.
The Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys Association
held a condolence meeting and paid tribute to Khan.
