Efforts on to improve Karachi situation: Malik
The ongoing wave of target killings in Karachi killed 7 people on Friday.
Karachi: Pakistan Interior Minister Rehman Malik has said that all efforts were being made to improve the law and order situation in Karachi.
Malik said that the present government was very sincere and serious in maintaining the law and order not only in Karachi, but also across the country.
The minister stressed that all the stakeholders will be taken into confidence to look after the situation.
“Several meetings will be held on Monday with the concerned authorities in this regard,” the Dawn quoted Malik, as saying.
Earlier, the ongoing wave of target killings in the Pakistani metropolis had claimed at least seven more lives on Friday.
