Washington: A key Republican Congressman
has demanded that the United States freeze all its foreign aid to Pakistan, unless Islamabad comes out clean on the presence of Osama bin Laden at an Abbottabad safe house for more than
five years.

"We should freeze all of the foreign aid that we give
to Pakistan. Military aid is not really aid. We pay for their
war on terror. We reimburse them and we have done so since
9/11," Congressman Ted Poe told the Fox News in an interview.

Poe said 40 per cent of the claims submitted by
Pakistan as compensation for military gear, food, water, troop
housing and other expenses in the last two years is
questionable.
