`Indo-Pak confidence-building making headway`
Pakistan`s acting foreign minister however added a complete return to normalcy will take time.
Islamabad: Pakistan`s acting Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar has said confidence-building measures with India are making headway but a complete return to normalcy will take time.
Khar said the relations with India were improving and hoped that her upcoming visit to India would be fruitful.
Referring to Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh`s statement on Kashmir, she said Pakistan Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani has already clarified Pakistan`s stance on the issue.
"We hope Pakistan will leave Kashmir alone, because they have their own share of internal problems", Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had recently said.
"We do not believe in reactionary diplomacy and will reply at the right time", Geo TV quoted Khar, as saying.
Khar also said ties between Pakistan and Afghanistan have improved significantly.
