Islamabad: Pakistan on Thursday said Minister of
State for Foreign Affairs Malik Amad Khan will head the
country’s delegation at the SAARC Council of Ministers meeting
to be held in Bhutan during February 8-9.
Khan will highlight issues affecting SAARC countries
and present Pakistan's point of view on "different aspects of
cooperative endeavours", said a statement from the Foreign
Office spokesman.
The Foreign Secretaries of India and Pakistan will
hold talks on the margins of the SAARC meet in the Bhutanese
capital Thimphu during February 6-7 to find ways to revive the
stalled peace process between the two countries.
