Islamabad: Two persons sustained minor injures and several shops were damaged in a bomb explosion outside a music shop on Sunday in Balakot district in Pakistan's troubled North-West Frontier Province.
The bomb exploded outside a music shop here in a market
in Balakot, damaging more than ten shops and a nearby mosque,
the Nation newspaper reported.
The blast also injured two persons present at a barber's
shop who were later discharged after first-aid in a hospital.
Police officials reached the spot after the explosion to
carry on investigations.
District Police Officer Mansehra said that investigations
found that the explosive was an eight kg time-bomb.
