Islamabad: A military trainer aircraft
crashed while on a flight over a mountainous region in
southwest Pakistan on Wednesday, killing the pilot and co-pilot.
The Mushak aircraft from the Army Aviation Wing
crashed in Muslim Bagh area of Balochistan province, the
military said in a statement.
"The aircraft crashed due to technical fault," it
said. There were no reports of damage on the ground.
The army has formed a team of senior aviation
officials to investigate the incident.
