The families of 65 Taliban fighters from the restive
Swat district and the kin of eight other rebels from different
parts of the Malakand division have been expelled from their
homes so far.
These people are currently living in a camp set up by
the army at Palai area of Malakand division.
Most parts of Malakand were controlled by Taliban
fighters led by radical cleric Maulana Fazlullah till the army
launched an operation last year to flush out the rebels.
