Three injured in militant attack in Pak tribal belt

Peshawar: Militants ambushed a government
vehicle in the restive Khyber tribal region in northwest
Pakistan on Thursday, injuring at least three people, including a
minor boy.
The militants lobbed a grenade at the vehicle of the
Tribal Electricity Supply Company (TESCO) in Bara Qadeem area
of Khyber Agency, officials said.
The boy and two officials of TESCO were injured in the
attack.

The TESCO staff was on its way to Peshawar from Bara, a
key town in Khyber agency, an official of the local
administration said.
