32 teams for R C Saxena Memorial Football tournament

Vadodara: Thirty-two teams are participating in the 34th R C Saxena Memorial Football Tournament to be played, organisers said.

The tournament would be played on a knock out basis and the final would be held on January 12, they said. The winning team will be awarded a trophy and a cash prize of Rs 30,000, while the runners-up team would get Rs 20,000 and a trophy. Besides, there are individual awards for the best goalkeeper, player of the tournament and player of the match. PTI
