Rio Grande: Jeev Milkha Singh was left
stranded as just six golfers could rush through their second
round before play was suspended because of darkness in the
rain-marred Puerto Rico Open here.
Jeev, who had opened his account with a strong two-under
70 at the Trump International Golf Club, could not get a swing
on day two of the USD 3,500,000 event and play was suspended
with 57 players on the course.
Chad Collins, who had carded 69 in the opening round, was
six-under after 11 holes of his second round to stay one shot
ahead of Paul Stankowski, Jeff Overton and Jhonattan Vegas.
