London: Spluttering Juventus failed to win for a fifth consecutive game when they were held to a 1-1 draw by Fiorentina in Serie A on Saturday.
Juan Manuel Vargas put visitors Fiorentina ahead on five minutes when he latched onto Stevan Jovetic's clever pass and swept home at the near post.
Amauri then scored his first goal since February on 19 minutes to level for Juventus after Vincenzo Iaquinta had squared the ball for his strike partner with the goal gaping.
Both sides move on to 15 points, one below joint-leaders Sampdoria and Inter Milan.
Champions Inter visit Genoa later on Saturday with the rest of the eighth round of Serie A fixtures completed on Sunday.
