Seven Indian cagers for Asian Indoor Games New Delhi: A nine-member Indian contingent, including seven cagers and two coaches would leave for Hanoi, Vietnam tomorrow to take part in the third Asian Indoor Games scheduled for October 30-November 8.

The senior men's team include Talwinderjit Singh, Hareesh Koroth and Vishesh Bhriguvanshi, who will be accompanied by national coach Aleksandar Bucan of Serbia.

Coach K K Chansoria would accompany four women Indian hoopsters - Anitha Paul Durai, Geethu Anna Jose, Prashanti Singh and Raspreet Karu in the 10-day event, a Basketball Federation of India (BFI) release said today.

The Indian cagers are a part of country's 279-strong contingent, comprising a total of 179 athletes, for the event.

Besides basketball, Indians will be participating in 18 other disciplines, including cue sports, chess, athletics, women's boxing and archery.

Teams:

Men: Talwinderjit Singh, Hareesh Koroth, Vishesh Bhriguvanshi; Coach: Aleksandar Bucan (Serbia).

Women: Anitha Paul Durai, Geethu Anna Jose, Prashanti Singh, Raspreet Karu; Coach: K K Chansoria.
