New Delhi: A 23-year-old married woman
allegedly committed suicide here today, police said.
Sushma jumped from the fourth floor of a building in
Badarpur this afternoon and died. She was married to Krishan
Mohan, a commerce graduate who works as a private tutor, for
the past two years.
A suicide note was recovered in which the victim
claimed that she was taking the extreme step on her own and no
one was to be blamed for it.
She was undergoing treatment for depression for past
two years, police said.
Woman's parents have alleged that Krishan had been
demanding Rs eight lakh dowry and harassing her.
