Bosiram Siram, another new face, gets Education portfolio.

Nabam Tuki, who is also the state Congress chief, retained PWD and Urban Development.

Other ministers are Chowna Mein (Public Health Engineering), Tanga Byaling (Health), Atum Welly (Water Resources Development), Takar Marde (Rural Development and Panchayat) and H Ngandam (Horticulture).

Portfolios, which were not allocated, have been retained by the Chief Minister.
