Front, Maninderjit Singh Bitta, today demanded withdrawal of
'Z-plus' security to Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmit Ram Rahim
Singh, against whom a murder case has been registered.
Bitta told a press conference here that security cover to
people allegedly accountable for disturbing law and order in
Punjab, should be withdrawn forthwith.
About the last week's violence in parts of Punjab and
Haryana against registration of murder case by the CBI against
the Dera chief, he said his followers was mounting pressure on
the Government to withdraw the case.
